Whether you are trying to lose weight, resolve troublesome digestive problems or just trying to improve your eating habits, I can help!

This mentoring service is ideal if you want a personalized approach to improving your health and determining your unique nutritional needs. My goal is to help you feel your best! We'll address things like busting sugar cravings, improving energy levels, obtaining better sleep, resolving "brain fog" and how to maintain healthy habits for a lifetime!

I'm here to help you figure out what works best for you and your body.

With so much conflicting information out there and readily available to you with just one quick Google search, it can be hard to sort out what eating and living a healthy lifestyle even means. Eat low-carb, eat high-carb, lift weights, do yoga! Where do you even begin!?

This is where the help of someone like me, a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, can be extremely helpful. Nutrition and lifestyle choices are truly unique from person to person and additionally, what works well for you today may not work well for you tomorrow! There is truly no one size fits all approach when it comes to nutrition, you must learn how to listen to your body and nourish it in a way that allows you to thrive.

Through 1:1 consultations, I'm able to help you sort through the bullshit and determine what your body is screaming for in order to live a vibrant, healthy life. This includes nutritional needs (obviously!) but we'll also tackle things like physical activity, sleep, mindset, self-love and connection.

  • You would like to find your healthy weight, whether that's losing or gaining weight.
  • You're motivated to put in the hard, but rewarding, work to revamp your eating and lifestyle habits so that you can experience high quality health and wellness for the rest of your life.

What to Expect

Our time together will be tailored just for you.

Our initial (or single) in-depth session will run for 75-90 minutes. We'll go over your initial intake form, including your health & food history, discuss your 5 Day Whole Health Journal, identify your personal relationship with food, uncover road blocks that may hindering you from achieving vibrant health and create specific, quantifiable goals that will be used to develop a personalized action plan to improve your health.

After our session, you will receive a detailed email from me outlining our game plan. This will included any specific resources we discussed as well as the password to login you into your "Wellness Toolbox". The Wellness Toolbox is chock-full, and always expanding, of resources to help guide as you make changes to your diet and lifestyle. You will FOREVER have access to the Wellness Toolbox to refer back to whenever you need support!

Single Kickstarter Sessions will included 1-2 follow-up emails to check in on your progress and troubleshoot any complications you may be running into. Additional emails with questions or concerns are always welcome and I will happily respond within 48 hours.

The 3 Session Groundwork Package or the 6 Session All-out Transformation Package will include ongoing email support between each of the personalized 50 minute sessions (in-person, via phone or video chat).

You can expect any of the following depending on your goals:

  • Guidance for grocery shopping, batch food preparation and establishing cooking skills without having to refer to a recipe for everything.
  •  Kitchen and pantry organization/storage strategies
  • Where to find local foods and why they're best.
  •  How to easily incorporate more exercise and/or activity.
  • Stress reduction techniques.
  • Techniques to practice mindfulness, particularly in regards to stress and intuitive eating.
  • Advice on how to reduce your exposure to toxins by "cleaning up" the products you use every day such as cosmetics, personal hygiene, cleaning supplies, etc.
  • Any additional books (particularly cookbooks) that I may recommend you buy to help further assist you.
  • Weekly journaling activities or ‘assignments’
  • Whatever else you need to support your healing, growth and long term health!

When you purchase either a Single Session or Package of Sessions, you're investing in your health. I know price can sometimes seem daunting but if we don't have our health then what do we have? My mission is to help you succeed in achieving your goals and improving your health, believe me when I say I want to see you thrive!

After you've invested in your session or package of choice, I will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first session! You will also receive your initial intake form and Whole Health Journal instructions at this time so you can dive right in.
