In my opinion, it’s become incredibly confusing for people to navigate the world of “healthy eating.” Buzz words like “keto” or “vegan” have become more popularized and claim to provide all the health benefits you’re looking for; more energy, increased focus, weight loss, etc. While these diets can be beneficial, I believe that a more personalized, dynamic approach to eating and lifestyle is key to long lasting health.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching (Single session) - $150
During this 60-90 minute session I will review current diet and supplement intake, assess symptoms and lifestyle habits such as sleep, stress, and exercise and help you set S.M.A.R.T. goals. You will receive personalized recommendations, healthy recipes, grocery shopping & cooking tips to help you get started right away on your journey to better health.
Grocery Store Tour - $100
At the store of your choosing, I can guide you through what might be a typical grocery trip for you or just do a total walk through where you can ask me all of your questions and concerns. Some of what we'll talk about include the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen lists, how to find local/organic foods, address the quality of meat and seafood selections, how to decipher different marketing terms on packaging and read labels correctly.
Kitchen Revamp - $100
If you're questioning what in your pantry, fridge or freezer is worth keeping or should rather take a trip to the food shelf (or trash can) I can help you sort through what should stay and what should go. We'll take about healthy swaps you can make for pantry/fridge staples, how to optimally store food and discuss how to set your kitchen up in a functional, easy to use manor.
This package includes your initial consultation, a follow up session, guided grocery store tour and a kitchen revamp. This is ideal if you need extra guidance and support implementing diet and lifestyle changes and want to set yourself up for success right from the get go.
Total Transformation Coaching Package - $400
These 50 minute sessions are used to evaluate your progress thus far, review any new symptoms or concerns, and make modifications to your plan based on current goals. I recommend a minimum of 3 follow up appointments spaced about one month apart. These are crucial for your success as they are a way to keep in contact with me for constant motivation and accountability.
